In the seventh year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty (1881), Qiao's tenth grandson Qiao Jintang opened in Zhongtang Dade Heng Bank mainly handles banknote exchange, deposit and lending business. It closed in 1934. The existing house on the old site is a Qing Dynasty building, covering an area of 1,749 square meters. It faces south and consists of three west courtyards running east and west. , The middle courtyard has a two-entry courtyard layout, with street-facing pavilions and main rooms built on the central axis, and east and west wing rooms on both sides.
