The Workers' Cultural Palace is one of Fuzhou's landmark buildings. It was built in 1954 and was once the largest citizen cultural and sports activity center in Fuzhou. It is located on 817th Middle Road, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City. The main building of the New Culture Palace has a white appearance and consists of three areas: a comprehensive building (art center), a sports center, and a conference and cinema center. On the left and right sides of the New Palace of Culture, the Russian architectural style of the Old Palace of Culture has been inherited.
