Introduction to the Sitting Buddha in the Grand Canyon: "The mountain is a Buddha, and the Buddha is a mountain." Located at the bottom of the Dadu River Grand Canyon, the thousand-meter-high "Sitting Buddha" looks like the Maitreya Mountain God sitting cross-legged between the large and small fifteen-mile streams on the south bank of the Dadu River, guarding the peace of the canyon. The lifelike and naive "Turtle Stone" in the valley in front of the Buddha, like a billion-year-old turtle accompanying the sitting Buddha, is a rare natural wonder in the Dadu River Grand Canyon.
