Introduction to Kouzijiaoyuan: Anhui Kouzi Liquor Co., Ltd. is a key national brewing enterprise famous for its production of nationally famous liquors - Kouzijiao, Laokouzi and Kouzijiu. It is one of the first batch of Chinese time-honored enterprises and the standardization of Chinese liquor. The technical committee and the secretariat unit of the Aroma Liquor Sub-Technical Committee; the company has the first Chinese brewing master, multiple national-level liquor judges, hundreds of technical backbones and a modern provincial technology center. In 2013, it was approved to establish a postdoctoral workstation.
