Introduction to the Baby Taj Mahal: The Baby Taj Mahal (Baby Taj) is located on the banks of the Yamuna River. It is an exquisite mausoleum made of pure white marble and gemstones. It was built by Queen Jahangir in memory of her father. It was built in 1961 and is therefore deeply influenced by Persian architectural style. Not big in scale, small and exquisite. This mausoleum was built earlier than the Taj Mahal, and the similarities with the Taj Mahal can be clearly felt.
Transportation: It is about 6 kilometers away from the Taj Mahal and takes an electric tricycle for about 80 rupees.
