Introduction to the Conference Palace: The Conference Palace (Pallati i Kongreseve) was also designed by Hoxha’s daughter and son-in-law. In 1986 and 1991, the Albanian Party of Labor held its "Ninth Congress" and "Tenth Congress" here. The "Ten Congress" was the last national congress of the Albanian Party of Labor. After the fall of the Workers' Party, it was used as a concert hall.
