Official residence introduction: Blloku area is the most lively place in Tirana. During Hoxha's rule, all red officials lived here, and ordinary people were not allowed to enter. It was not until the fall of the communist regime in 1991 that this area became a place for rest and entertainment for the general public. Hoxha's house remains today and is designated as a restricted area (Zonë e ndaluar).
