Introduction to the accommodation of Empress Dowager Cixi: The main room of the third entrance courtyard is located on Middle Road, Zhong District. This was the former residence of Ma Piyao's stepmother Yang in her later years. When the Eight-Power Allied Forces invaded Beijing, Empress Dowager Cixi stayed at Ma's Manor.
