Introduction to Chunfeng Pavilion: Chunfeng Pavilion was built by Cai Beihuai, the prefect of Fengxiang during the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty. It was named Chunfeng Pavilion to praise Su Shi who loved the people like a son when he was in Fengxiang and brought the warmth of spring breeze to Fengxiang people. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, Chunfeng Pavilion was a place where dignitaries and literati used to entertain guests and meet friends. It is a pleasure to have a banquet here, drink with friends, or go boating on the lake.
