Introduction to Yuanyang Pavilion: Yuanyang Pavilion was built by General Chang Ying of Xifengying in Fengxiang Prefecture in the 10th year of Zhouhai Dynasty in Qing Dynasty. He was commissioned by the prefect to commemorate Su Dongpo and his wife. Because when Su Dongpo was an official in Fengxiang, he came with his wife Wang Fu. Wang Fu was well-educated and virtuous, and was praised by Fengxiang people. Therefore, later generations built this pavilion to commemorate the couple.
