Introduction to Sunbury Plantation: The history of Sunbury Plantation House & Museum can be traced back to the 1660s. The manor buildings were built of flint and other stones brought from England. Historically Sunbury Mansion, which burned down once and was restored twice, is the only mansion on the island of Barbados where all rooms can be visited.
