Introduction to the base: Three large granite reliefs of "Announcement of Uprising", "Attack on the Enemy Camp" and "Cheering for Victory" are inlaid on the base. There are wing walls on each side of the tower, with reliefs of the flag emblem of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army surrounded by green pines and evergreens.
