Introduction to Maruichi Pharmacy: The former site of Maruichi Pharmacy is a three-story, three-entry arcade building, covering an area of 114 square meters. At about 7 pm on September 3, 1936, the Japanese owner Junzo Nakano of Maruichi Pharmacy Because of his espionage activities, he was killed in this pharmacy by Weng Zhaoyuan of the 19th Route Army stationed in Beihai. This is the famous "September 3 Incident" in Beihai in history. After the incident, Japan protested to the Kuomintang authorities and sent warships to threaten the sea near Guantouling. An attempt was made to forcibly disembark for investigation, but the attempt failed as Weng Zhaoyuan's troops were well prepared.
