Introduction to Guande Hall: Located on the south side of the Jixiang Pavilion of Yongsi Hall, this was the place where the emperor watched his subjects’ archery performances in the Ming Dynasty. In the Qing Dynasty, the front of Guande Hall was still used as a place for the emperor to watch his subjects’ archery performances. In this place, Emperors Kangxi and Yongzheng both gave personal shooting demonstrations to their ministers in front of Guande. It is now a children's library.
