Introduction to the Exhibition of Bronze Animal Head Statues in the Old Summer Palace: In the spring of 2000, the Poly Art Museum in Hong Kong rescued and protected three national treasures of the Old Summer Palace that were about to be lost again: a bronze statue of an ox head, a bronze statue of a tiger head, and a bronze statue of a monkey head. On October 16, 2003, Macau industrialist Mr. Stanley Ho donated the bronze pig head statue he purchased to the Poly Art Museum at the Great Hall of the People.
