Introduction to Nanshen Kitchen: Nanshen Kitchen was built in the ninth year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1530). It is located in the east of the circle. Qiu is a place where various sacrifices are made at the Circular Qiu Altar before the Winter Solstice ceremony.
