Introduction to Jimen: Jimen was built in the 18th year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (1420). The roof of the verandah is built with yellow glazed tiles and has a single eaves. The roof rises gently and the brackets under the eaves are made of huge materials. The white marble Xumizuo surrounds the railing and is decorated with an elixir in the middle. There is a side door on each side. This building is the only important relic that has not been altered since the Ancestral Temple was built. It is an important representative of official architecture in the early Ming Dynasty.
