Introduction to Xianglu Peak (Guijianchou): Xianglu Peak is the highest point in Xiangshan Park. It is commonly known as Guijianchou because of its steep terrain and difficulty in climbing. It is 557 meters above sea level, and the drop from the park entrance is 431 meters.
There are three characteristic small pavilions on the top of Xianglu Peak: the Double Ninth Pavilion on the top of the peak, which is intended to climb up to gaze at the capital on the Double Ninth Festival; the Cloud-Stepping Pavilion, where wisps of clouds pass through the pavilion after the autumn rain and before the spring rain, as if you are stepping on clouds; and the Purple Smoke Pavilion, where you can see the morning and sunset The mist on the occasion is as light as purple clouds, which means that the sun shines on the incense burner and creates purple smoke.
