Introduction to Bordeaux wineries: Bordeaux has a long history of winemaking and is famous for its wines. There are 161,000 hectares of grapes planted in the suburbs of the city and more than 3,000 vineyards, with large and small wineries scattered throughout. Bordeaux wines are strictly classified by production area and quality, and the highest-end wines have the name of the winery printed on the label. The five most reputable wine regions are: Medoc, Saint Emilion, Graves, Sauternes and Pomerol. The Medoc production area can be regarded as the representative of Bordeaux. Many of the world's top red wines are produced here. Three of France's top five wineries are here, namely Margaux, Mouton Rothschild and Lafite Rothschild. The wine produced by Saint Emilion is revered as the "Saint of Wine", with Cheval Blanc and Ausonne wineries being the most famous. The white wine in the Graves district is a favorite among white wine fans. Chateau Haut-Brion in the district is also one of the top five wineries in France.
Visitors can not only taste wines of different ages and flavors in the winery, but also walk around the winery under the leadership of the owner, learn about the production process of red wine, and learn the skills to distinguish good wine from bad.
