Introduction to the Roman Theater: The Bosra Roman Theater is one of the best-preserved Roman theaters in the world and can accommodate 15,000 spectators. There are two reasons why the Grand Theater is so well preserved. One is that the building materials are extremely strong black basalt, and the other is that during the Islamic period from the 7th century to the mid-11th century AD, the theater was converted into a fortress and filled with soil to protect it. The Grand Theater was saved from devastating damage. The ancient theater has very beautiful sound effects. Until now, some of the world's famous singers and opera singers often perform in this ancient theater.
