Introduction to the Tapestry in the Square: Since 1971, every two years, on the weekends around August 15, there will be a grand celebration in the square of Brussels: the laying of a tapestry. The tapestry selects begonias grown in Ghent and is designed with a different theme each time, using up to 800,000 flowers.
