Introduction to the Foreign Art Gallery: The National Gallery for Foreign Art is used as the central institution for the study of foreign art in Bulgaria. It is located in the National Art Gallery on Alexander Nevsky Square. The Art Museum was established on November 5, 1985, in the former Royal Printing Office, a 19th-century neoclassical style building. The exhibits in the museum are distributed in 19 exhibition halls on 4 floors. Long-term exhibitions include European, Asian (Buddhist art, Japanese and Indian) and African art, as well as contemporary art and sculpture art sections.
