Introduction to the Palace of Culture: The National Palace of Culture was founded in 1981 and is the largest multi-functional conference and exhibition center in Southeast Europe. The Palace of Culture has 13 exhibition halls, an exhibition area of 15,000 square meters, a trade center and a parking lot. There is an underground shopping mall and cafe in front of the building.
