Artwork introduction: There is an abstract work "Metropolis" on the east side of the lobby on the first floor. It was designed by artist David Partridge and won the first prize in 1974. The work is composed of steel nails of different lengths arranged one by one. A total of 100,000 steel nails form nine sides, each weighing 180 kilograms.
