In July 1997, the basement of the adjacent Kimberly Shopping Center was opened and connected to the Sogo basement to open a supermarket Supermart (now called "Freshmart"). In 2004, Sogo Club was added on floors 11-16. Currently, the SOGO Causeway Bay store has 19 floors, with an average daily flow of 89,000 people.
