It is divided into the North Campus (formerly Xi'an Highway Jiaotong University), the South Campus (Family Campus and the Affiliated Middle School), and the West Campus ( Xiaozhai Campus, formerly Northwest Institute of Architectural Engineering) and East Campus (Yanta Campus, formerly Xi'an Institute of Engineering) are the places where seniors and graduate students of Chang'an University are located.
