Lin Boqu introduced: The ancient cypress behind the statue is more than 700 years old. According to the Lin family genealogy, this cypress tree was transplanted from Qianshan by Lin Chunpai, the second ancestor of the Lin family, in the 28th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty. It witnessed the vicissitudes of life for 22 generations of the Lin family, and it accompanied Lin Boqu through his boyhood.
