Introduction to the oil pressing mill: The villagers of Changfang have been good at utilizing natural water resources since ancient times. Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, they have built an oil pressing and rice pounding mill on the Jinxi River in front of the village. The oil pressing workshop was built in May 2009, covering an area of 1,100 square meters. There are an oil press, a grinding plate, a stove, a baking stove, a steaming stove, a stone mill, a cake box, a beating stick each, 3 pestles for pounding rice, and a waterwheel. There are viewing platforms and landscape railings outside the square, as well as a dedicated water diversion channel.
