The building faces east and west. It was originally a Chinese Christian Church with a brick and wood structure, covering an area of ​​388 square meters.
In the spring of 1932, the 21st year of the Republic of China, the Second Congress of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China was held here, and the provincial party committee organs were located here. In early April, Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Luo Ronghuan and others led the East Route Army to Ting, where they held a military meeting to attack Zhangzhou. After the meeting, Mao Zedong led the Eastern Route Army to attack Zhangzhou, and Zhou Enlai stayed in Ting to guide the Fujian Provincial Party Committee in pre-support work. The first half of the old site is an auditorium, which is the venue for the Party Congress; the second half is a building with 4 rooms and a courtyard downstairs. The middle hall upstairs is the conference room for the Zhangzhou Attack, and there are 2 rooms on the left and right sides. Zhou Enlai lived in the room on the left.
