Introduction to Luquan: Luquan is located halfway up Wangxianling Mountain, 456 meters above sea level, with towering ancient trees, shrouded clouds and mist, and long-flowing spring water. During the reign of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, there were frequent plagues in Chencheng. Wang Xian felt compassion and went to Wangxiang Mountain (now Wangxianling) to find good medicine to save the people. One day, while walking in the mountains, the sun was blazing like fire, and he fainted due to fatigue. He happened to meet Guanyin Bodhisattva passing by. Seeing his eagerness to save people, he was moved by it and lit the dew into a spring. After Wang Xian woke up, he drank from the dew spring and was free from all diseases. From then on, he stopped eating cooked food. He ate pineapples during the day and drank dew at night. It was called Dew Fairy, and the spring water was called Dew Spring.
