Introduction to Orongo Village: Orongo Village is the center and birthplace of the "Birdman" culture, so it is often called the Birdman Village. The village was built around 1200 AD and is a very important historical and cultural site on Easter Island.
There is a ticket office at the entrance of the village, ticket price: US$10.
