Introduction to Guiyuan: Guiyuan is an independent brick courtyard located at No. 65, Zhongshan 4th Road, Yuzhong District, with the main door facing the street. It was originally the residence of Mr. Zhang Zhizhong, one of the negotiators of the Kuomintang. During the "Chongqing Negotiations", this was where Comrade Mao Zedong worked and received guests in the city.
