Introduction to Pearl Lake: Pearl Lake Scenic Area is located at the southern end of the eastern Simian Mountain Scenic Area. It stands on a high platform, made of whole stones, with a valley in the middle. The bottom of the valley is as flat as a street, and is several miles long. Water comes from the sky, clear streams, and shallow lakes. The splashing is slow, jumping and shining like hundreds of millions of silver beads in the stone valley, hence the name Pearl Beach.
