Introduction to the stone carvings: The huge relief sculptures inside were carved in the Ming Dynasty, telling the story of the great benevolent and compassionate Guanyin Bodhisattva, who rescued all sentient beings by searching for his voice. There are also many folklore stories such as "King Wen visits the wise", "Bo Ya plays the harp", "Li Yaxian glares to encourage learning", "Empress E's daughter Ying visits Shun", etc., which are lifelike and beautifully carved.
