Introduction to Building 2: The first floor of Building 2 is the meeting room of the Provisional Council and the canteen of the Provisional Government. The second floor is the offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
