Introduction to Chu Terrace: Chu Terrace is located on Gaodu Mountain in the west of Wushan County. It is one of the "Three Terraces" of Wu Gorge. The "Twilight Rain on the Balcony" among the eight scenic spots in Wushan refers to this place. According to legend, King Huai of Chu and the goddess of Wushan once had a tryst here. Li Shangyin's "Passing the Chu Palace" describes the scene here: "Wuxia Gorge is far away from the old Chu Palace, and it is still covered with clouds and rain and dark red maples. The little life is full of happiness in the world, and only Xiang Xiang Wang Yi dreamed."
