Introduction to the tomb of Shu Jing: Shu Jing was a wealthy businessman in Zhongshan, Wusuo, during the Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty. He was known as the "King of Money in the Southeast". At that time, the prefect of Tingzhou wrote an epitaph for him, calling him "the richest man in Tingzhou". During Shu Jing's lifetime, he built 8 tombs, all with exquisite architecture and beautiful structures. Unfortunately, many of them were destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. The tomb of Shu Jing, located in the west hillock on the outskirts of Zhongshan Ancient Town, is relatively well preserved. Visiting and exploring it will give you a more intuitive understanding of the economy, society and culture of Wuping in the Ming Dynasty.
