Spotted seal introduction: Spotted seal is a national second-level protected wild animal. Every November, groups of harbor seals migrate long distances to the Bohai Sea. In February and March of the following year, they arrive on the ice along the northern coast of the Bohai Sea to give birth to their young. Changxing Island in Dalian Fuzhou Bay has a wide ice surface, long freezing time, rich fish and shrimps, and superior natural conditions. It is a natural harbor for spotted seals to thrive.
