Dalian Financial Building Introduction: Dalian Financial Building. The original site was the British Consulate in Dalian, which was completed in 1914. After 1952, it was used by Dalian Liuyi Kindergarten. It was demolished in 1995 due to the aging of the building. In 2000, Dalian Financial Building was rebuilt on the original site, a post-modernist building. After 2001, the left half was used by Guangdong Development Bank; the right half was used by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.
