Introduction to Diaolou Village: The cottage in Danba was formerly known as Diaolou Village. Watchtowers and village houses were originally two types of buildings with different styles. Nowadays, the two are fully integrated. In appearance, they have the characteristics of village houses and the form of watchtowers. Diaolou village houses are generally three-story, and there are also four-story houses, with a wing room on one side. However, no matter how the houses and wing rooms are built, the outer edge of the top floor is surrounded by yellow, black and white color bands, which is a major feature of Jiarong Tibetan Village in Danba area.
