AL KOOT fortress introduction: is a Moorish fortress located on Mohammed Street in Doha, adjacent to the SOUQ area. It is free and open to the public every day except Friday morning and Saturday. Traditional handicrafts including carvings, ironwork, rope making and weaving are displayed in the Doha Fort.
