Introduction to Zaide Thatched Cottage: Zaide Thatched Cottage was named after Yang Shi's poem "No Shows to Classmates on This Day". It was an important teaching place for Gao Shitai, a disciple of the Qing Dynasty and the nephew of Gao Panlong. It is now an important teaching place for Donglin Academy. It was established as a venue for children’s classic recitation activities of “Reading aloud in Donglin”.
