Introduction to the Jinding Buddha: The Jinding Buddha is located on the top of the mountain behind Zhengjue Temple. It is the largest open-air Buddha statue in the Northeast and the tallest seated Sakyamuni Buddha in the world. It faces south, with Mudanjiang at its back, Zhengjue Temple in front, and Changbai Mountain in the distance. The Buddha statue was built in 2011 and is now the most famous landscape in Liuxiang Mountain Scenic Area.
