Introduction to the original natural vegetation: There are about 80 species of seed plants in the reserve. Due to the arid climate of the reserve, the local vegetation is mainly hyperxerophytic and xerophytic plants, with less woody vegetation. The only tree species are Populus euphratica and Haloxylon ammodendron, and they are mainly superxerophytic and xerophytic shrubs, semi-shrubs and small semi-shrubs.
