The outer circular corridor is wrapped in the form of a wind and rain bridge. In the middle of the circular corridor, multiple Dong drum towers are arranged according to the five elements to interpret the Five Phoenix culture. The central body is carefully constructed with bronze drums as design elements, interpreting the culture of the sun god. When viewed from a bird's eye view, the entire building looks like a huge bronze drum surrounded by wind and rain bridges and drum towers, hence the name "Gathering of Drum Towers".
