Introduction to the Toyama Masei Memorial Bronze Statue: was built in 1999 to commemorate Mr. Toyama Masei, a famous Japanese desert control expert known as the "Father of the Desert". He was a pioneer in the greening construction of Engebe. So far, more than 10,000 Japanese friends have come to Ngebe to engage in greening and have made positive contributions to the construction of Ngebe.
