Wetland introduction: Emerald Island’s lush green locust forests cover the sand mountains or between sand valleys. They are as charming as emeralds set in gold. Nearly 1/3 of the country’s birds can be found here. Traces can be found here. There are 68 species of birds under national key protection. It is one of the main habitats and breeding places for the rare bird black-billed gull in the world.
