Garden introduction: There is a small garden on the top of Fengshan Mountain. There used to be a golden phoenix sculpture here, but now there is no trace. In the 33rd year of Guangxu (1970), Qi Lun went to Shunting to serve as the prefect. During his six years in office, he worked diligently and cared for the people. He built schools, established post offices and telecommunications, focused on agriculture and mulberry trees, and started industry. He and Chen Weiyin, a city gentry, each donated 50 taels of silver to open up Fengshan Tea Garden. Promoting tea growing and making tea, the annual Qingming Spring Tea Party became a grand business exchange event for tea tasting and tea selling in Fengqing until the early days of liberation.
