Jinxiangchi Introduction: Jinxiangchi is located in front of Lingying Archway and was excavated in the eighth year of Zhengde in the Ming Dynasty. It was originally an earthen pond and was rebuilt into a stone pond during the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty. There is a stone turtle and snake statue in the pool that symbolizes the Northern Emperor. Every visitor to the ancestral temple will throw a coin into the stone turtle and snake statue in the pond. It is said that the more you win, the better your fortune will be.
