Introduction to the True Holy Heavenly Gate: The True Holy Heavenly Gate (front hall) of the Celestial Palace is where the subjects of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom waited for the Heavenly King to issue edicts. During the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom period, there was a "True God Glory Gate" in front of the True Holy Heavenly Gate, which was where civil and military officials dismounted their horses and alighted from their sedan chairs. Today, the east and west rooms of this gate have been opened as film and television entertainment zones.
